Feyisayo A. Folorunso

Feyisayo A. Folorunso (Mrs.) is the Managing Partner of Isaac Dennis Folorunso & Co. She is an ardent negotiator who brings uncommon flair and precision to complex, high-value transactions. Her legal career spans more than fifteen years of active practice, with formative experience at leading law firms across Nigeria.

She gained foundational experience at the chambers of Akinrele SAN and Chief Awomolo SAN, where she was part of the team that handled the high-profile 2011 presidential election petition — one of the most consequential litigations of the Fourth Republic. This experience sharpened her skills in procedural law, advocacy, and strategic counsel under pressure.

Mrs. Folorunso is a certified associate mediator with the Nigeria Conflict and Management Group (NCMG), Lagos, having undergone structured training in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She champions the use of ADR to achieve faster, cost-effective, and relationship-preserving outcomes for clients. She is a recognised advocate in both corporate deal-making and dispute resolution.
